BOOKING DETAILS

We are so excited to have you in our chair! To help us provide the best experience for every guest, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Please ensure your contact information is up to date. Not receiving a reminder does not waive our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the schedule service total.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify us will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Future appointments may require prepayment before booking.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your remaining appointment time. Depending on your arrival time, services may need to be adjusted or shortened to stay on schedule. If we are unable to complete your appointment due to a late arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.

CHILDREN AND GUESTS

To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that the following policies be respected during every visit.

Children are welcome only if they have a scheduled appointment and must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. We also ask that you limit extra guests who are not receiving a service during your appointment, as our lobby has limited seating.

After your appointment..

  • Use color safe, sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to keep your locks healthy and vibrant!

  • Remember to use styling products to improve and protect your hair when styling it at home.

  • Prebook your next appointment with us in advance to ensure your appointment!

  • Shampoo minimally, condition frequently.
